要部断面図、第２図はこの考案の一実施例の要部断面図
、第３図は第２図Ａ−Ａ線での断面図、第４図はこの考
案の他の実施例を示す断面図、第５図はこの考案のさら
に他の実施例を示す要部断面図、第６図は第５図Ｂ−Ｂ
線での断面図である。 図において、１はマイクロ波発生器、３は導波管、４は
空胴壁、７はメツシュ板、１２は給電口、１３は無電極
放電灯、３１．３２．３３はインピーダンス変換素子で
ある。なお、図中、同一符号はそれぞれ同−又は相当部
分を示す。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）マイクロ波を発生するマイクロ波発生器、こ、・
    　　のマイクロ波発生器により発生されたマイクロ波を
    伝送する導波管、この導波管に給電口を介して接続され
    た空胴壁の開口を塞ぐメツシュ板′　　　　と・で構成
    されたマイクロ波空胴、このマイクロ波空胴内に配設さ
    れた無電極の放電灯とを備えたマイクロ波放電光源装置
    において、上記導波管にインピーダンス変換素子を設け
    たことを特徴とするマイクロ波放電光源装置。
  2. （２）インピーダンス変換素子が窓である実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のマイクロ波放電光源装置。
  3. （３）インピーダンス変換素子が金属棒である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマイクロ波放電光源装置。
  4. （４）インピーダンス変換素子が低損失誘電体棒である
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマイ渉口波放電光
    源装置。
