    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波発振器１と加熱室２とを連結する導波管３と、導
    波管３と加熱室２を結合する結合孔４と、結合孔４の中
    心に回転自在に設けられた中心導体棒５ａと、中心導体
    棒５ａの加熱室端に中心を固着した金属円板６とを設け
    、金属円板６には高周波エネルギーの放射口となる１７
    ２波長以上の長さを有するスリット７と、加熱室天井８
    側の金属製周壁９とを設けかつ、この周壁の加熱室側端
    に金属製の鍔１３を加熱室天井壁８にほぼ平行に設置す
    ると共に、上記加熱室天井壁８と鍔１３との間に誘電体
    １４を設けたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
