Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マグネトロンより発振されたマイクロ波をマイクロ波空
    胴に導くマイクロ波放電光源装置本体、上記マイクロ波
    空胴内に配設され、マイクロ波エネルギーによって放電
    発光するランプ、上記マイクロ波空胴の外部に配設され
    、上記ランプに紫外線を照射する始動補助ランプ、−こ
    の始動補助ランプ点灯後にマグネトロンの発振を開始さ
    せるとともに、マグネトロンの発振開始後一定時間経過
    に始動補助ランプを消灯する様に制御する制御手段を備
    えたことを特徴とするマイクロ波放電光源装置。
