７ａ・・・メッシュ状金属、７ｂ・・・通風口、７ｅ・
・・金属メッシュ、・・・ランプ−。 なお、図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）壁面の一部に少なくとも光透過性部材を有するマ
    イクロ波空胴内にランプを配したマイク口波共振器を有
    するマイクロ波放電光源装置において、上記光透過性部
    材が少なくともその一部がマイクロ波を透過しない部材
    と一体に形成され、かつこれが気流を通過しない部材か
    らなることを特徴とするマイクロ波放電光源装置。
  2. （２） マイクロ波を透過しない部材はプラスチック
    またはガラスからなる光透過性部材にメイシュ状の金属
    をメッキするかまたは金属を蒸着して一体成形したこと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマイ
    クロ波放電光源装置。
  3. （３）マイクロ波を透過しない部材はプラスチックまた
    はガラスからなる光透過性部材に金属メツシュを埋め込
    んで一体成形したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のマイクロ波放電光源装置。
  4. （４）光透過性部材がランプの固定手段を有することを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第３項記載
    のマイクロ波放電光源装置。
