Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は天蓋の開閉装置に関するものであって、その目
的とするところは天蓋の開成時に天蓋の開き角度を規制
するストッパ金具が何らかの原因で破壊した際に天蓋の
それ以上の回動を規制することができる二重ストッパ機
構を有する安全な天蓋の開閉装置を提供するにある。
以下本考案を実施例図により説明する。
本考案による天蓋の開閉装置は例えば第３図及び第４図
に示すように天井裏に通ずる天井用はしごの収納装置と
して使用されるものであり、天蓋１の上面にははしご２
が折り畳まれて装着され、天蓋１を開いた時にはしご２
を延ばして床３と天井裏４との間にはしご２を架は渡す
ものである。
天蓋１は矩形状となり、後縁を天井５に穿設した間口部
６の後端縁に蝶番７にて取付けられる。
開口部６周縁上面にぽ補強根太８及び枠板９が取付けら
れ、開口部６周縁下面には額縁１０が取付けられる。
天蓋１の上面の両側の略中夫には第１のリンク金具１１
の下端が夫々垂直方向に回動自在に枢支しである。
これらの両側の第１のリンク金具１１は上端が第２のリ
ンク金具１２に枢軸１８にて垂直方向に回動自在に枢支
されている。
第２のリンク金具１２の上端は開口部６の側内側面の中
央部に垂直方向に回動自在に枢支され、天蓋１の開閉に
よって第１のリンク金具１１とともに伸展乃至は折畳み
回動するようになっている。
この第２のリンク金具１２の上端の枢軸部１３の近傍の
開一部６の内側面には第２のリンク金具１２゛の回動を
規制するストッパ金具１４が固設せられている。
即ちストッパ金具１４は１字型のストッパ片１７をボル
ト１５にて基板１６に斜交いに取付けて構成するもので
、第１図のように天蓋１を開成させると、第２のリンク
金具１２が枢軸部１３を中心として下方向に回動した際
に第２のリンク金具１２の上端下縁がストッパ片１７下
端のＵ字溝１７ ａ内に嵌まって衝合し、第２のリンク
金具１２の所定角度以上の回動を規制するわけである。
また第２のリンク金具１２と第１のリンク金具１１の枢
軸１８の位置より下方の第１のリンク金具１２の下端内
側面にはストッパピン１９を突設しである。
このストッパピン１９は前記ストッパ金具１４のストッ
パ片１７や、ボルト１５等が何らかの原因で折損した場
合に第２のリンク金具１２の回動規制が解除され、第２
のリンク金具１２が更に下方向に回動しようとする際に
第１のリンク金具１１の上端部に衝合してそれ以上のリ
ンク金具１１．１２の回動を規制し、天蓋１の回動を規
制する。
図中２０は下端が第１のリンク金具１１の下端部に固定
され、上端が開口部６の天井裏４開口縁に固定された引
張りばねである。
本考案は、上述のように構成しであるので、天蓋の開成
状態においてストッパ金具が何らかの原因で折損事故を
起こしてもストッパピンによりリンク金具の回動を規制
するという二重ストッパ機構を構成し、安全性が高いと
いう利点を有する。

第１図は本考案の一実施例の一部省略せる斜視図、第２
図は同上の要部拡大斜視図、第３図は同上の使用例を示
す正面図、第４図は同上の斜視図であり、１は天蓋、５
は天井、６は開口部、１１は第１のリンク金具、１２は
第２のリンク金具、１４はストッパ金具、１９はストッ
パピンである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天井に穿設した開口部の一端縁に後端が垂直方向に回動
    自在に枢支された天蓋と、天蓋上面画側路中央に下端に
    垂直方向に回動自在に夫々枢支した第１のリンク金具と
    、これらの第１のリンク金具の上端に下端を垂直方向に
    回動自在に枢支し上端を開口部側内側面に垂直方向に回
    転自在に枢支した第２のリンク金具と、これらの第２の
    リンク金具の上端部近傍の開口部側内側面に夫々固設せ
    られ、第２のリンク金具が上端枢支部位を中心として下
    方向に所定角度回動した際に第２のリンク金具の上端部
    に衝合するストッパ金県と、両側の第２のリンク金具の
    下端内側面に突設せられ、第２のリンク金具が前記所定
    角度以上の異常回動時に第１のリンク金具の上端部下縁
    に衝合するストッパピンとを具備した天蓋の開閉装置。
