Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はシートに関するもので、特に自動車用シートに
関するものである。
従来のこの種シートは第１図から第４図に示されるよう
に箱形状のシートフレーム１０の両側にはりタライナー
ロアーアーム１１・１１が固定され、該リクライナーロ
アーアーム１１・１１にはりクライナーアッパーアーム
１２・１ｄが機能的に連結されている。一方のりクライ
ナーロアーアーム１１と一方のりクライナーアッパーア
ーム１２との間には図示せざるシートのバックレストの
調整を行うシートリクライナー機構１３が機能的に設け
られている。
１４はシートスライド機構を示し、該シートスライド機
構１４は、図示せざり自動車フロアに固定されたブラケ
ット１５・１５・１５・　　′１５に固着されるロック
プレート１６・１６、該６ツクプレー）１６・１６に杉
成、された複数個のラッチ歯１７・１７、ロックプレー
ト１６・１６に固定されたロアーレール１８・１８、該
ロアーレール１８・１８に対しローラ１９・１９・１９
・１９を介して前後方向に摺動可能となるアッパーレー
ル２０・２０、リクライナーロアーアーム１１−１１の
内側に設けられロックプレー）１６・１６の複数個のラ
ッチ歯１７・１７の一つと係脱可能なボール２１、該ボ
ール２１に機能的に連結されてロックプレート１６・１
６の複数個のラッチ歯１７・１７の一つとボール２１と
の係脱を可能とする操作へンドル２２とから成っている
。
そこでこの従来の自動車用シートに於て・第８図及び第
４図に示されるように、自動車の衝突等により図示せざ
るシートのシートバック背面より第３図に於て矢印方向
の荷重が加えられると、この荷重はアッパーレール２０
には第４図に於て矢印上方向に作用し、ロアーレール１
８には第４図に於て矢印下方向に作用し、アッパーレー
ル２０のフランジ部２０ａ°２０ｂもロアーレール１８
のフランジ部１８１１・１８ｂもともに規制されるもの
がないので拡開してしまいシートスライド機構が破坊し
てしまう０本発−明の自動車用シートは、シートフレー
ムの両側下端にシートスライド機構のアツノぐ−レール
ヲ構成し、アッパーレールはロアーレールにより抱かれ
るように朕合する構成としているので、自動車の衝突等
によりシートのシートバック背面より荷重が加えられて
も、上述した不具合を生ずることが赴く、シートフレー
ム自体にリクライナーロアーアームとアッパーレールと
の機能を持たせるとともにロックプレートにロアーレー
ルの機能を持たせる構成としているので、構成部品の低
減及び軽景化をはかるものである。
以下本発明の一実施例を添付図面に基づいて説明する。
第５図に於て、８０はコ字形状のシートフレームを示し
、該シートフレーム３０の対向する両側下端にはアッパ
ーレール８１・８１がシートフレーム３０と一体的に成
型されている。
８２は連結フレームを示し、該連結フレーム８２の両端
はシートフレーム３０の対向する両側開口端に夫々固着
されている。シートフレーム８０の両側にはりクライナ
ーアーム８３・８３が固定され、該リクライナーアーム
３３・８８にはりクライナーアッパーアーム３４・８４
が機能的に連結されている。一方のりタライナーロアー
アーム８８と一方のりクライナーアッパーアーム８４と
の間には図示せざるシートのバックレストの調整を行う
シートリクライナー機構３５が機能的に設けられている
。
３６はシートスライド機構を示し、該シートスライド機
構３６は、図示せざる自動車フロアに固定されたロアー
レールブラケット３７・８７、ｌロアーレールブラケッ
ト８７・８７の一方に形成された複数個のラッチ歯８８
．ロアーレールブラケット８７・８７に対し前後方向に
摺動可能となるアッパーレール３１・３１゜シートフレ
ーム８ｏの内側に設けられロアーレールブラケット８７
・８７の一方の複数個のラッチ歯８８ね一つと係脱可能
なボール３９、該ボール３９に機能的に連結されてロア
ーレールブラケット８７・８７の一方の複数個のラッチ
歯３８の一つとボール８９との係脱を可能とする操作へ
ンドル４０とから成っている。
第６図に示されるように、シートフレーム８０に一体的
に形成されるアッパーレール８１は両側に水平に延在す
る基部４１、該基部４１の両端から上方に略垂直に起立
する起立部４２・４２を有し、図示せざる自動車のフロ
アに直接的に固着されるロアーレールブラケット８７は
アッパーレール８１の基部４１の下面に沿って延在する
基部４８、該基部４８の両端から上方に略垂直にアッパ
ーレール８１の起立部４２・４２の夫々の外側面に沿っ
て起立する延出部４４・４４、該延出部４４・４４から
内方に屈曲延在し更にアッパーレール３１の起立部４２
・４２の夫々の内側面に沿って下方に折れ曲がった折曲
り部４５・４５を有している。従ってロアーレールブラ
ケット８７の基部４３．延出部４４・４４及び折曲り部
４５・４５によりアッパーレール８１の基部４１及び起
立部４２・４２は抱かれるように嵌合している。
そこで第７図及び第８図に示されるように、自動車の衝
突等により図示せざるシートのシートバック背面より第
７図に於て矢印方向の荷重が加えられると、この荷重は
アッパーレール８１には第８図に於て矢印上方向に作用
し、ロアーレールブラケット８７には第８図に於て矢印
下方向に作用するが、上述したようにアッパーレール３
１はロアーレールブラケット８７により抱かれるように
嵌合しているので、アッパーレール３１とロアーレール
ブラケット８７とが相互にクリンチし合って容易に破壊
しない。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ロアーレールに対しアッパーレールを相対的に摺動自在
    とするシートスライド機構を備えた自動車用シートに於
    て、シートフレームの対向する両側下端に前記両レール
    のいずれか一方のレールを一体的に成型したことを特徴
    とする自動車用シート。
