面図、第５図は縫目を示す加工布の平面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 二本の針１，２を備え、コーナ一部での縫製に際し内側
    に位置する針を上方位置に休止させるようにした二本針
    自動糸切りミシンにおいて、′　　針板下方に配置され
    かつ一垂直軸ｉの周りに回転する外釜６と、 その外釜６中に支承されかつ内部に下糸用ポビン１２が
    収容された中釜３と、 その中釜８上に形成された下糸導出用の小孔２１と、 前記中釜８に基端が取付けられるとともに自由端に前記
    小孔２１から導出される下糸Ｔ２のための糸掛部２７が
    形成され、かつ常にはその糸掛部２７が前記小孔２１に
    対し前記針１．２から離れる位置にセットされた線ばね
    ２５と、 その線ばね２５は通常縫製時には繰出される下糸Ｔ２の
    張力により前記線はね２５の弾性に抗してその糸掛部２
    ７が前記小孔２１と合致するまで作動され、かつ前記コ
    ーナ一部での縫製時にその弾性により復帰し下糸Ｔ２の
    弛みを吸収するようにされていることと、 前記針１，２と外釜６との間に配置され、上糸糸輪の布
    側肢部Ｔｃと前記下糸Ｔ２との二本の糸を捕捉し、その
    捕捉された二本の糸ＴＣ，Ｔ２を前記下糸Ｔ２が線ばね
    ２５の作用に抗して引つ張られる方向に引出して切断す
    るための糸切り機構２８．３２と、 その糸切り機１ｉ１．２８．３２により切断された前記
    二本の糸Ｔｃ、Ｔ２を保持するための第一の保持用ばね
    ３３と、 その第一の保持用ばね３３と前記線ばね２５との間の下
    糸経路上における前記中釜８に取付けられ、前記糸切り
    機構２８．３２の作動時に前記下糸Ｔ２を保持するため
    の第二の保持用ばね３６とを設けたことを特徴とする二
    本針自動糸切りミシン。
