【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の一実施例の燃料管路を使用する燃料噴
射システムを備える燃料供給装置とエンジンとの図式的
な図、第２図は同上の燃料管路の縦断面図、第３図は同
上の燃料管路の一端の拡大図、第４図は同上の燃料管路
の曲げたときの構成要素の代表的な関係を示す横断面図
で、図中、１０はエンジン、１６は燃料噴射ポンプ、１
８は燃料管路、２０は燃料噴射ノズル、３０は第１金属
管、３２はシール面、３６はシール座金、４０゜４１は
ナツト、５４は接手の拡大されたボア、５６は接手、６
０は環状シール、６２は接手のボア、６４は接手のポー
ト、６８は接手のナツト、７０は第２金属管、７２は第
２金属管の接手側端部、７４はシールスリーブ、７５は
ボアの拡げた端部、７６は環状空間、７８は第２金属管
の拡げた端部、８０はシール座金の通路を示す。

Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）断面かは＼゛円形燃料噴射ポンプに接続する高圧
    に常時充分に耐える壁厚を有する細長い曲げ可能な第１
    金属管と、骸骨を燃料噴射システムに連結するための骸
    骨の各端部に１つ宛の一対の接手と、断面かは＼゛円形
    あり前記第１金属管のまわりに各目上同心状に位置し骸
    骨の外径よりも大きい内径を有し、通常の管曲は機で曲
    げ得る比較的薄い壁を備える細長い第２金属管と、該第
    ２金属管の端部を前記第１金属管には＼゛シール、該第
    １、第２金属管の間の相対的軸方向運動を殆んど阻止す
    る装置と、前記第２金属管の内部に連通ずるポートを有
    する他の接手とを具備する燃料噴射エンジンに接続する
    ためのに構成される燃料管路。
  2. （２）燃料噴射ポンプに接続し高圧に充分耐える壁厚を
    有ししかも通常の管曲げ機で曲げ得る細長い剛性の第１
    金属管と、環状空間を形成する如く骸骨から離隔した関
    係で骸骨のまわりに各日−ト同心状に位置し通常の管曲
    げ機で曲げ得る如く約ＩＮまたはそれ以下の壁厚の比較
    的薄い壁を有する細長い剛性の第２金属管とを備え、前
    記環状空間が前記第１、第２金属管の殆んどの長さに沿
    い骸骨の間に延びる構造から自由であり、更に燃料噴射
    ポンプと燃料噴射ノズルとの間に前記第１金属管を連結
    する骸骨の各端部の接手と前記第２金属管の端部を前記
    第１金属管にシールする附加的な接手を有する装置とを
    備え、該附加的な接手が前記環状空間に連通ずる排出ボ
    ートを有する燃料噴射エンジンに接続するように構成さ
    れる燃料管路。
  3. （３）　　対向する端部を有し断面かは＼゛円形あり、
    燃料噴射圧力に充分に耐える壁厚を備えしかも通常の管
    曲げ機で曲げ得る細長い剛性の第１金属管と、骸骨の軸
    方向で反対に向き半径方向で外方に面するシール面と、
    夫々の該シール面の丁度軸方向内方で前記第１金属管の
    各端部に１つ宛の一対のシール座金と前記第１金属管の
    各端部に１つ宛て該端部において回転可能な一対のナツ
    トとを具備し該ナツトが前記座金とシール面との夫々の
    １つを収容し、更に断面かはＳ゛円形あり細長い環状空
    間を限定する如（前記第１金属管から離隔して骸骨のま
    わりに各目上同心状に位置する細長い第２金属管を具備
    し、該第２金属管が通常の管曲げ機で前記第１金属管と
    共に曲げ得る如く□比較的薄い壁を有し、該第２金属管
    の一端が前記第１金属管には＼゛シールれる如く関連す
    る前記座金にはＳ゛当接て前記ナラ１への１つの中に捕
    捉され、該第２金属管の他端が他の前記ナツトに関連す
    る接手にシ−ルされ、更に該接手のポートと前記第１金
    属管よりも大きい断面を有し、該第１金属管と前記第２
    金属管の他端とを収容する前記接手のボアとを具備し、
    前記ポートが該ポートと前記環状空間との間の連通を形
    成する如く該ボアまで延びる、燃料噴射エンジンに使用
    する２重壁の燃料管路。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第（３）項記載の燃料管
    路において、前記接手が前記ボアまで夫々延びる２つの
    前記ポートを有し、該ポートの１つが前記環状通路の排
    出口に連結される如く構成され、他の該ポートが前記環
    状空間での燃料の存否を調べるための点検を可能にする
    如く選択的に開閉し得る様に構成されている燃料管路。
  5. （５）実用新案登録請求の範囲第（３）項記載の燃料管
    路において、前記座金の少くとも１つが対応するシール
    面よりも大きい半径を有し、更に該対応するシール面に
    沿い前記第１金属管から漏洩する燃料を前記環状空間へ
    送る如く該対応するシール面の半径方向外方の個所へ前
    記座金を貫通して該環状空間から延びる該座金の軸方向
    通路を備える燃料管路。
  6. （６）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第（３）項記載の燃
    料管路において、前記第２金属管の他端上にあって前記
    ボアの端部に係合するシールスリーブと、該スリーブが
    前記ボアと第２金属管の他端とに対してシールする如（
    該ボアのまわりの前記接手にねじ込まれ該第２金属管の
    他端上にある別のナツトと、前記能のナツトを部分的に
    収容する拡大された直径を有する前記ボアの他端と、前
    記ボアと他のナツトとの界面での環状シールとを備える
    燃料管路。
