Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a titled device effective when adapted mainly to two face metering and casting devices by delivering liquid to two secondary vessels by one primary vessel under mutually controlled flow rate, and delivering the liquid dividedly by each prescribed amt. respectively different periods.
CONSTITUTION: When the molten copper poured from a spout 1 into a primary vessel 2 exceeds the prescribed lower limit weight, the vessel 2 is tilted to delivery line 3, 3' sides, to deliver the molten copper through the lines 3, 3' into secondary vessels 4, 4'. Next, when the molten copper weights in the vessels 4, 4' attain prescribed weights, the vessel 2 is returned to the home position to cease delivery of the molten copper. The vessel 4 is tilted by an elevator 20 to deliver 5 the molten copper into the 1st mold 6. Next, a turntable 7 is rotated 1/12, and the vessel 2 is tilted. When the internal weight of either one of the vessels 4, 4' attains a set value, the vessel 2 is reset to the home position. Following to this, the vessel 4 is tilted by the device 20 to deliver 5 the molten copper to the 2nd mold 6. Following to this, both of the vessels 4, 4' are tilted respectively by the devices 20, 20', to deliver the molten copper through delivery lines 5, 5' into the mold 6 in the otter row and the mold 6' in the inner row.
