Abstract
PURPOSE: To make uniform the quantity of received water, by comparing a target value with the signal indicating the current flow rate from a water receiving quantity transmitter and by sending an adjustment signal, which corresponds to their deviation, to a control valve and by controlling the water receiving quantity so that it may coincide with the target value.
CONSTITUTION: Water receiving quantity uniformalizing unit 21 obtains water receiving quantity correction rate α, which corresponds to previously obtained forecasted water level L' of water receiving pool 1 after time (t), from the relation curve stored in the memory unit and gives correction value Q(1+α) of water receiving quantity Q at the current time to receiving water flow rate control meter 11. This control meter 11 compares target value Q(1+α) with the signal indicating the ?current flow rate from receiving water flow rate transmitter 6 and sends the adjustment signal corresponding to their deviation to control valve 7 and controls opening of control valve 7 to perform control so that the target value may coincide with the water receiving quantity.
