Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure an effective reduction of the variance of the water demand, by opening fully the flow-in on-off valve of the distributing reservoir successively and cyclically and at the same time supplying the water cyclically and concentrically to each distributing reservoir by each water supply pump at a fixed speed and regarding each distributing reservoir as a large storing reservoir.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed speed is given to water supply pump 1 by pump unit number control circuit 9, and distributing reservoirs DP1WDP3 are distributed at the water supply end of pump 1. Circuit 9 is controlled by the flow rate of water supply flowmeter 6, and at the same time the flow rate into each diestibuting reservoir is controlled by flow-in on-off valve 17. In the case of the control of valve 17, the level detection value of water gauge 10 provided at each distributing reservoir and the set value of water level setting circuit 11 are taken successively into switching circuit 15. And the taken signals are calculated at output control circuit 16 and then controlled successively and cyclically by motive power circuit 13. Then a control is given to valve 17 so that the deviation between the water level and the set value of the distributing reservoir may be set a centain level or less. Thus an effective control is possible to the variance of the water demand.
