Abstract

Total flow rate calculating device 10 calculates a total flow rate on the basis of change of the ladle weight stored in device 9, and the pouring quantity for every inlet is grasped by pouring quantity distibution device 12. The current pot weight is obtained by a running mean calculating device 13 and is output to devices 10 and 12. Flow rate distribution device 11 obtains the flow rate for every inlet on a basis of the total flow rate obtained by device 10 and the pouring quantity for every inlet from device 12 and controls inlets 3 and 4 by inlet driving device 14.
