USE: Long-acting analgesic.
PROCESS: For example, benzyloxycarbonyl-tyrosyl-D-arginyl-mesitylene-2-sulfonyl- hydrazide, etc. are dissolved in DMF, etc., and added with hydrochloric acid, isoamyl nitrite, etc. under cooling.
