Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for exchanging of silica gel in an adsorption and desorption tower and to reduce costs and labor in an intermittent ozone device for desorption of ozone by providing a dehumidifying tower provided on the oxygen outlet side flow passage of an oxygen supplying source.
CONSTITUTION: As solenoid valves 5a, 5b are closed and solenoid valves 5c, 5d are opened, water flows to a water ejector 10 and the ozone in an adsorption and desorption tower 2 is evacuated, sucked and dissolved in the water, whereby ozonized water is prepared. At the same time, a pump 8 operates and the brine in a hot brine tank 6 heated beforehand with a heater 7 is flowed into an adsorption and desorption brine tank 2d to heat the ozone adsorbent 2a having been cooled to a low temp. during adsorption operation, whereby the desorption of ozone is accelerated. The water contained in the oxygen from an oxygen supplying source 4 is removed with a dehumidifier 12 packed therein with a moisture absorbent such as activated alumina or the like, whereby the inclusion of the water into the oxygen recycling system is eliminated.
