Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the fog of an image, by supplying an excessive amount of toner to a rotor and making a toner collecting mesh rub the rotor to increase the toner charging degree and accordingly forming a toner layer which is sufficient to be supplied to a photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:The nonmagnetic toner 34 in a toner supply box 33 within a developing device 8 is supplied excessively to a developing fur brush roller 24 by means of a turning toner supply roller 29. the extra toner is scraped off when the turning roller 24 rubs a tonner colleting mesh 31, and at the same time the charging of the toner is promoted. Thus a toner layer having a sufficient amount of toner for the development of one time is formed to the roller 24. This toner sticks to an electrostatic latent image on the surface of a photoreceptor 1 by the charged static electricity. Then the development is carried out.
