Abstract
PURPOSE:To reclaim only the toner of normal electrostatic charge by reclaiming the toner of normal electrostatic charge which is not cleaned by a magnetic brush roll of prescribed low bias voltage to a developing machine by means of the other magnetic roll brush. CONSTITUTION:The reversed polarity toner of a photoreceptor 3 is separated and recoverd by a magnetic roll brush 1 which is set with the low bias voltage of -500--200V potential differences from the photoreceptor 3. The excess toner of normal electrostatic charge which is not cleaned by this brush 1 is recovered by a magnetic brush 2 which couples to a reclaiming device 7 connected to the developing machine and is applied with prescribed low bias voltage, whereby it is reclaimed into the developing machine. The generation of photographic fogs and the like by the reversed polarity toner is prevented by this system of reclaiming the cleaned toner of normal electrostatic charge.
