Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated photoreceptor high in sensitivity and color reproductivity, by adding a specified disazo pigment to a charge generating layer and containing a specified pyrazoline compound to a charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The charge generating layer of a laminated type photoreceptor contains a disazo pigment represented by the general formula (1) in which A is phenyl, chlorophenyl, nitrophenyl, 2,5-dichlorophenyl, 2-methyl-5-chlorophenyl, or 2,5-chlorophenyl. The charge transfer layer of the photoreceptor contains a pyrazoline compound represented by the general formula (2) in which A<1> is an univalet radical, optionally substituted aromatic carbon ring or hetero ring, and A<2>, A<3> are optionally substituted aryl, and n is 0 or 1.
