Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a photoconductive film high in sensitivity and a photosensitive body using said film by using the photoconductive film containing one of hydrazone compounds specified in formula as an organic photoconductor. CONSTITUTION:The photoconductive film to be used for the electrophotographic sensitive body contains as the organic photoconductor at least one of the hydrazone compounds represented by the formula shown on the right in which each of R1-R5 is H, optionally substituted straight or branched alkyl; optionally substituted aryl; such aralkyl, halogen, alkoxy, or aryloxy, and each of them may be same or different, and R1 and R2 may combine with each other to form an N-containing ring, thus permitting the obtained photosensitive body to be enhanced in sensitivity by using the organic photoconductor.
