Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a photoreceptor superior in sensitivity and color reproductivity, by adding a disazo pigment to a charge generating layer and a fluorenone compound to a charge transfer layer in a laminated photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:A laminated type electrophotographic receptor consists of a charge generating layer containing a disazo pigment represented by the formula (1) in which A is phenyl, chlorophenyl, nitrophenyl, or the like, and a charge transfer layer containing a fluorenone compound represented by the formula (2) in which R1 is H, halogen, cyano, alkoxy, or alkyl, and Ar is carbazole, phenyl, or the like. The charge generating layer of 0.01-5mum thickness containing the disazo pigment by 10-100wt% is provided on a conductive substrate, and on this layer, the charge transfer layer of 2-100mum thickness containing the fluorenone compound by 10-80wt% is formed.
