CONSTITUTION:Two circuits of tap selectors 21, 22, 23 of the tap changer 24 are connected to the first tap winding part 17, one circuit thereof is connected to the second tap winding part 18, and the diverter switch 24 is used being divided into two circuits and one circuit. The neutral point 25 of the tap changer 24 is connected to neutral point side units 19, 20. As a result, the high-tension windings 5, 6 are on the different core legs, mutual impedance between the high-tension windings 5, 6 is extremely large, and units 15, 16 on line side act always as the divided windings to the tap changer 24.
