CONSTITUTION:A main winding 142 wound on a main leg 133 is formed, for example, of main legs 131-133 of the iron core of a main transformer 1 in upper and lower parallel configuration, and the respective one ends are simultaneously connected in series with main windings 141, 142. The other end of the main winding 143 is connected through a neutral point side terminals 122, 121 in series with the tapped winding 242, 241 of an on-load voltage regulator 2. Further, the two sets of circuits are connected at the other ends of the transformer 1 and the regulator 2 in parallel with the high voltage line terminal 11 and the neutral point terminal 12. In this manner, the main transformer 1 can be divided into three main windings, and even if the regulator 2 has two tapped windings, two sets of windings can be easily formed as a whole.
