Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing of a transformer, by connecting in series impedance between tap windings of a main leg with respective corresponding exciting winding unit and dividing evenly a load current for each tap regardless of the winding structure of a main transformer. CONSTITUTION:An on-load tap-changing transformer consists of a main transformer 10 and an on-load voltage regulating transformer 20. In the former, one of main legs 1 of a single-phase iron core is wound with high voltage winding 2 and low voltage winding 3. In the latter, two iron core main legs 4A, 4B of another single- phase iron core are wound respectively with loose tap winding unit 7A, 7B, tight tap winding unit 8A, 8B and exciting winding unit 6A, 6B. A transposition changing type tap winding is formed by winding unit 7A, 7B and 8A, 8B, and terminals of the winding unit 8A, 8B are connected to a different phase of a three-phase neutral point changing on-load tap-changer 9, and terminals of the winding unit 7A, 7B are commonly connected and connected in series to winding 2 of the transformer 10, and the winding unit 6A, 6B in series are connected to the winding 3 of the transformer 10 in parallel and the load current can be divided evenly.
