CONSTITUTION:Main windings wound on a main leg 133 of main legs 131-133 of respective iron cores of a main transformer 1 are formed in two parallel connections 1431, 1432. The winding 1431 is connected in series with the main winding 141, and the winding 1432 is connected in series with the main winding 142. On the other hand, an on-load voltage regulator 2 has tapped windings 241, 242 capable of connecting in parallel with each other. The windings 1431, 241 are connected in series and the windings 1432, 242 are connected in series. The transformer 1, the regulator 2 are connected in two sets in parallel between a high voltage line terminal 11 and a neutral point terminal 22. In this manner, the transformer 1 is divided at three legs into three main windings, and even if the regulator 2 has two tapped windings, two sets of windings can be easily formed as a whole.
