Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure a noise margin by connecting both the output terminals of an integrated circuit one to the emitter of a transistor (TR) whose collector is connected to a power source and the other to a grounded point. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 11 is charged with a time constant determined by a resistance 21 and a capacitor 11, and when its charging voltage exceeds the threshold level of a differential amplifier 41, an input to an inverter 7 goes down to an ''L'' and delayed by a delay circuit 42 to generate a delay pulse at a terminal B. This delay pylse triggers a flip-flop cirucit 44, whose output drives an output stage TR31. The output current of the TR31 flows to a ground point A from an output terminal 4 through a load, so no current flows to a ground terminal 3 provided to an integrated circuit. Therefore, no noise voltage is developed at the ground terminal 3 and no noise singal is fed back to an input terminal 1.
