Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the setting of the output potential of the current switching logical circuit based on the lower power voltage regardless of the voltage variation of the higher power source, by stabilizing the DC voltage level of the output signal drawn out from the collector of the input variation of the power source. CONSTITUTION:The circuit consists of the following units: input TrQ1 and Q2 with the base used as input signal application terminal 3 and 4; reference TrQ3 with the base used as the reference voltage application terminal 5; load R1 and R2 connected to each collector of the above TRQ's; the current switching logical circuit containing the emitter driving current regulating means to the common emitter circuit of the input and reference Tr's; and the logic circuit containing the lvel converter circuit comprisifng TrQ5 the emitter whose base is connected to the collector of the input or reference Tr is connected to the 1st power source via resistance r4.
