Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the depedance of the power supply voltage having a low output level, by adding a compensating circuit consisting of a diode and a resistance and thus clamping the collector potential. CONSTITUTION:The 1st compensating circuit consists of the 1st diode D1 and a resistance R6; and the 2nd compensating circuit is constituted with the 2nd diode D2 and a resistance R7. Both the 1st and 2nd compensating circuits clamp the output level by making use of the nonlinearity of the current/voltage characteristics of the diodes D1 and D2, and at the same time give a temperature compensation to the output level by the resistance R6 or R7.
