Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish an insulating circuit with fast response speed and low power consumption, by use of an analog switch using a field effect transistor (FET). CONSTITUTION:When an output level of an output circuit 4 of a device 1 is at ''1'', the output of an inverter 6' is at ''0'' and the output of an inverter 6'' is at ''1'', an FETT1 turns off, FETT2-T5 turn on, and the input potential of a device 2 is decreased to the ''0'' level. When the output level of the output circuit 4 of the device 1 is at ''0'', the output level of the inverters 6', 6'' is inverted, the FETT1 turns on and the FETT2-T5 turn off, then the input potential of the device 2 is at ''1'' by a resistance R2.
