Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the holding and supply of the power voltage for a fixed time after the power switch is turned off by constituting the monostable multivibrator with the inverter and the NOR gate which is always conducting and with use of CMOS and the like. CONSTITUTION:The output of NOR gate 14 is at a high level under the steady state after the sufficient time end with power switch 2 connected to terminal C side, and transistor Tr17 is turned off with no output emerging. When power switch 2 is connected to terminal D, Tr17 is turned on with the output power emerging. And with switch 2 switched to terminal C, the junction between capacitor 4 and resistance 5 becomes high-level potential instantaneously, and the output of NOR gate 6 is inverted to the low level. At the same time, the output of inverter 11 is inverted to the low level when the input level exceeds the threshold voltage. Thus, the output of NOR gate 14 becomes high level, and the output power so far preserved is turned off.
