Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the excessive input to the load at the power supply application to the amplifying circuit, with a simple constitution, by connecting the costant potential source to the capacitor C via the switching SW element of SCR constitution and determining the charging potential of C with the gate terminal of the SW element. CONSTITUTION:The SW element 10 consisting of SCR is provided with the AC negative feedback amplifying circuit consisting of the amplifying circuit 1, feedback elements 2 and 3, and capacitor C4. The gate electrode 12 of the element 10 and the current input terminal 11 are respectively connected to the constant voltage source. At the application of power supply, since the potential of C4 is close to the ground potential, the element 10 is ON and C4 is rapidly charged up. As C4 is charged up, the charging current decreases, the element 10 is OFF under the hold current, the potential between the terminals 12 and 13 is lower than the threshold voltage, and the element 10 keeps OFF state. Further, a part of the signal conducting the element 10 is picked up from the terminal 14, the output terminal 16 is compulsively made to ground potential to prevent the output at power supply application from being biased to the power supply side.
