CONSTITUTION:When input terminal 1 is L-level, transistors 100 and 110 are broken, and transistors 102 and 112 are conductive, and transistors 104 and 108 are broken. Simultaneously, transistors 114 and 116 where a voltage is applied through resistances 130 and 144 are conductive to supply the base current to transistor 108. Since a low-value resistance is used as resistance 142 and transistor 108 supplies a large base current, a capacitive load connected to driving terminal 2 charges rapidly. When driving terminal 2 becomes L-level, transistor 118 becomes conductive, and transistor 114 is broken, and the base current of transistor 108 is restrained low through resistance 146 in a range where the L level is maintained.
