Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable low power consumption and high speed operation, by providing the voltage amplifying circuit giving negative resistance characteristics at a part of the load characteristics of load MISFET. CONSTITUTION:When the drive MISFETQD turns on the output terminal 2 is at low level, the second drive MISFETQs turns on and the output 22 of the common gate type amplifying circuit is at low level. Thus, the gate of load MISFETQL1 is also at low level. Next, FETQD is off, then the load capacitor is charged through FETQL1, and FETQs is off, and the output 22 is the same potential as the power supply line. The gate potential of FETQL1 is similarly increased, and the output terminal 2 is increased to the same potential as the power supply line. Further, when FETQD is on, discharge is started through it and the potential is decreased and FETQs is ON. Then, the potential of the output 22 is decreased.
