Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a crystal oscillation circuit device in which the power voltage is applied directly to the oscillation circuit part at the rise period of oscillation and then the oscillation circuit voltage is controlled to the level lower than the power voltage via the oscillation circuit voltage control circuit when the oscillation output becomes higher than a prescribed level. CONSTITUTION:Output A of oscillation circuit part 41 is transmitted to level shift circuit 43 through analog switch 42. Circuit 43 lowers down the DC level of the input signal in accordance with the input threshold voltage of next-step FF circuit 44. When the peak value of signal C exceeds the threshold voltage of circuit 44, circuit 44 is inverted. And this output turns off switch 42 and power switch circuit 46, and the voltage of part 41 is controlled by voltage control circuit 45. After this, circuit 43 and 44 never consume the power since switch 42 is turned off.
