PURPOSE:To avoid a sudden change for the output current at a stabilized power supply part, by providing an artificial load to a power supply device having a load changing suddenly and at the same time giving a slow rise to the input current to be supplied to the artificial load up to the value of the input current to be applied to the load changing suddenly. CONSTITUTION:A transistor of an artificial load 5 conducts slowly by an artificial load drive signal DG supplied from a load control part 3 and based on a load sudden change previous announcement signal DS. Thus a current I2 flows to the transistor. A load 2 is driven when the current I2 is set at a prescribed level, at the same time a transistor of an artificial load 5 is turned off. Thus a current I1 is applied to the load 2. As a result, an output current I0 is generated at a stabilized power supply circuit 1 to prevent a sudden change of the output current at the part 1.
