Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent overvoltage to a power amplifying part at the time of a high frequency signal input, to prevent a performance reduction and to also prevent an instantaneous excessive power supply by generating a control signal in response to the detecting output of an input high frequency signal. CONSTITUTION:When a high frequency signal is inputted to a terminal 1, after the output voltage of a detecting part 6 passes through a direct current amplifier 14 and an inverter 15, the voltage goes to a low level and a transistor 18 is turned off. Consequently, the voltage supplied from a supply voltage input terminal 23 and divided by a variable resistance 20 and a resistance 21 is integrated by integrating circuits (19 and 22). For this reason, a reference voltage VR given to an error amplifier 9 rises in accordance with the integration time constant. The reference voltage is compared with an output voltage from a detecting part 8, and the output of the amplifier 9 is also given to a supply voltage control part 7 while it slowly rises. As a result, the output power of a power amplifying part 3 also rises slowly to a constant output.
