Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a response early and obtain the same output level as the supply voltage, by providing the second bootstrap circuit on the invertor circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal VIN becomes a low level, the MOSFET's 33, 35, 36 become off, the output VIN' of the VIN' generating circuit becomes a low level a prescribed time lyer than the VIN, therefore the FET311 becomes off. After that, when a level of the contact 317 exceeds VT (threshold voltage of each FET), the FET312 becomes on, and a level of the contact 317 becomes the same as the supply voltage through the FET310 by the second bootstrap circuit 323.
