Abstract
PURPOSE:To change the effective input threshold voltage of an FET and to block noise, by controlling the source potential of the FET of an input circuit through the use of a delay signal in the input signal. CONSTITUTION:The moment when a signal applied to an input terminal 1 changes to a threshold level or more, an FET4 turns on and an output of a delay inverter 8 is delayed by time tD, an FET6 does not turns off but turns on for the time tD. The potential at a point A is high by making smaller the conductive resistance of the FET6 than that of an FET4, and an FET5 does not turn on. Thus, when a pluse having the pulse width of tD or lower is applied, a high level is kept for the output of a delay inverter 8, the effective threshold voltage of the input circuit increases and the output is not inverted.
