Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress spike noise at current detecting resistance change-over by a method wherein a semiconductor switch and a series circuit of resistances are connected between the output terminal of an amplifier a load circuit and further, a saw- tooth wave signal generator is connected to a control input of said switch. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor switch 25 such as a junction type FET is connected in series to a resister 7, and to an FET gate of this switch a terminal of one side of a saw-tooth wave signal generator 27 is connected and the other terminal of the generator 27 is connected to a common terminal (s) of a change-over switch 29. This common terminal (s) is permitted to be connected selectively to a contact point a connected to an output terminal of an amplifier 3, a contact point (b) connected to an output terminal of a voltage follower 11 or a contact point C connected to a reference potential point. Further, the voltage produced at a load circuit 15 is negatively fedbacked through the voltage foloower 11, to the input of the amplifier 3 and at a terminal 13, constant voltage in correspondence to an input voltage is produced. Through such a configuration, the spike noise to be produced at the time of resistance change over can be suppressed, thereby enabling proper selection of switching over time to be at a desired value.
