Between the base of transistor Q1 and muting control input terminal VC, lateral type transistor Q2 is provided, and to prevent transistor Q1 from getting saturated, diode Q3 is provided at the base of transistor Q2. Since transistor Q1 turns on at a low voltage, a pop sound generated when the power source is turned on can be prevented.
