CONSTITUTION:When main switch 2 and a relay contact are both turned off and capacitor 3 is connected, rectifying-smoothing circuit 7 generates an output voltage. Voltage VE obtained by integrating said output voltage and voltage VB obtained by integrating VE develops an output voltage at the collector of transistor Tr1. Further, when the power source is put to work, a disconnection pulse is inputted from a constant-pulse outputting circuit to the base of Tr3 and then the collector signal of Tr1 is earthed to eliminate the input signal at the hand switch input part. With switch 2 turned on, the output voltage of circuit 7 increases in amplitude and variation detecting circuit 8 generates voltage signal VC. At this time, the constant- width-pulse outputting circuit generates no output, so signal VC is inputted as it is to the hand switch input part to turn on contact 5.
