Abstract
PURPOSE:To relieve the using conditions of an error amplifier, by connecting a series circuit consisting of a diode and a charging/discharging capacitor to one side of the error amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The output VOS of a stabilized DC power supply device is divided by a voltage divider consisting of resistances 22 and 23 and then connected to the other side of an error amplifier 29 having the reference voltage Vvef at one side. At the same time, a series circuit consisting of a diode 27, a resistance 14 and a charging/discharging capacitor 28 is connected to a terminal of the amplifier 29. Furthermore a series circuit consisting of a switch 30 plus resistances 26 and 25 is connected between the amplifier 29 and a bias power source VCC, and a resistance 25 is connected in parallel to the capacitor 28. Then a slow start is obtained when the switch 30 is turned off. With such constitution of circuit, the range of in-phase input voltage or the level of output impedance of the amplifier 29 is ignored to relieve the using conditins of the amplifier 29.
