Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of the variation in power voltage upon an operation level by inserting a diode between the reference voltage terminal and signal input terminal of a voltage comparator using an operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:Reference voltage terminal 1 is applied with voltage VE obtained by dividing power voltage VCC by resistances R3 and R4, and signal input terminal 2 is with voltage VF obtained by internal impedance Z of diode D and resistance R2. Even if power voltage VCC changes when no input signal Vin arrives, a difference in voltage applied to terminals 1 and 2 is below voltage drop VD of diode D and seldom changes. When input voltage Vin arrives, on the other hand, the impedance at the earth side viewed from terminal 2 is R4 as far as R2>>R4>>Z, and there is a little influence of the insertion of diode D upon the reference voltage.
