Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a simple and low-priced linearized circuit by consisting in such manner that an approximate proportional relationship may be obtained with the use of a voltage drop element such as Zener diode under a limited measurement range. CONSTITUTION:If a voltage Vin on a terminal where a measurement voltage P appears is rectified by means of a voltage doubler circuit 1, a recfitied voltage V1 can be obtained. V1 is as shown by the formula I. However, suppose K equals 1. Then V1 will equal P<1/2> and is as shown by the graph A. Here if a voltage is subtracted by means of a diode 5, an output voltage will be presented by the formula V2=V-V5 (V5 represents a drop voltage of Zener diode 5). As a result, a detection voltage V2 within the range of P=0.5-1 when a circuit is constituted by Zener diode 5 meeting required conditions, is as shown in the graph C, this enabling the obtaining of an approximate proportional relationship.
