Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve reliability by responding to the crack of the waveform of the quantity of input electricity even if the quantity of input electricity has the waveform crack owing to distortion and waveform disorder, by using an integral network as a substitute for an operation time timer circuit. CONSTITUTION:If the waveform of the quantity V of input electricity has a crack, the output waveform V of a level detecting circuit 2 also has a crack. Because of this crack, the output VS1 of an integral network S1 is only discharged with the fine time width (e.g. 0.1ms) of the crack and charging is continued again; and the output of the integral network S1 reaches the detection level VSL of the level detecting circuit 21, which responds to it, so that the output appears at an output terminal O. Namely, even if the quantity V of input electricity has waveform distortion and waveform disorder, the device never spoils its original functions.
