CONSTITUTION:When a current amplifier 41 has some fault, the input voltage Vin becomes equal to the output voltage Vout. When the difference between the Vin and Vout exceeds the sum of the forward voltage of diodes D1-D4 and the forward voltage of an optical coupling element 43, the element 43 is driven to turn on an alarm display device 45.
