Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove the limitations of the arrangement of a charge-over switch and amplifier while shortening a signal input line extremely, by changing over by a DC electric power source combinations of integral capacitors and integral resistors of a saw-tooth wave generating circuit used for an oscilloscope, etc. CONSTITUTION:When change-over switch 2 is so that DC power source +Vcc is connected to resistor 1, bias resistors 1 and 8 are so set that diodes 5, 6 and 7 will conduct regardless of whether output signal line 4 of amplifier 3 is in the sweep or stand-by state. Change-over switches 2 determining combinations of integral capacitors 11, 11' and 11'' and integral resistors 12, 12' and 12'' are changed over interlocking one another to connect output terminal 14 of capacitors 11 to output line 4 of amplifier 3 via diodes 5 and 6. Thus, a swa-tooth wave that has a positive linear gradient determined by the combination of resistor 12, 12' or 12'' and capacitor 11 is generated, so that while the signal line is made extremely short, limitations of the arrangement of change-over switches and the amplifier will be removed.
