Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by providing the transistors at one side of the differential transistor circuit in parallel and in correspondence to the number of the inputs and then connecting selectively the parallel transistors to the constant current source. CONSTITUTION:Common differential pair transistor (TR) Q4 is provided to TRQ1-Q3 which share the collector, and the current Miller circuit consisting of TRQ5 and Q6 is connected to the collectors of TRQ4 as well as to Q1-Q3. Then the input is applied to input terminals IN1-IN3, and TRQ7 is turned on selectively. Thus the current flows via diodes D1 and D<6> to obtain input signal V1 at output terminal OUT of output circuit 1. The same action is secured also when TRQ8 and Q9 are selected.
