Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the linearity of a demodulation output by constituting the titled circuit such that no undesired charge is stored in a capacitor for count so as to make the count operation of the capacitor accurate. CONSTITUTION:Constant current source 51, 61, 62 are connected respectively to each of the circuits of two differential transistor(TR) sets so as to avoid the storage of undesired charge in the count capacitor 52 when the state is transited from the on-state of one TR of one set among two sets of differential pair TRs connected in parallel to extract the output into the on-state of the other TR of the other set. Thus, the count time of the capacitor 52 affected by the frequency of an input signal is prevented and the FM demodulation output with good linearity is obtained.
