Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Differential amplifier 11 is supplied with an analog signal and a signal obtained by finely delaying 12 the signal in terms of time, and both signals are compared with a threshold level amplified and applied to terminal 5 and outputted to AND circuit 30. Pulse signal 28 of more than the maximum frequency included in the analog signal, on the other ahnd, is generated by oscillator 27 and supplied to counter 29, AND circuit 30 and waveform shaping circuit 33. Then, AND circuit 30 supplied the AND output between signals of circuit 3 and oscillator 27 to counter 29. Counter 29 counts signal 28 and supplies its output to OR circuit 32 on the basis of a signal set to input terminal 7.
