Abstract
PURPOSE:To make full use of battery capacity and elongate the battery life by arranging a shunt circuit composed of two condensers and four switching elements and by supplying voltage to an electronic circuit. If the condensers are equal in capacity, half of the voltage of the battery 2 is charged to both ends of each condenser and the terminal voltage of the condenser 16 is supplied to an electronic circuit 4 and an oscillation frequency dividing circuit 3.
