Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of temperature variation and to reduce consumption power by a method wherein the titled circuit is configurated with switching elements, capacitors, and diodes without using a resistor and by making use of the redistribution of change by means of capacitors. CONSTITUTION:This circuit contains a capacitor 3 connected to the power source via a switching element 2 which is controlled in synchronizing with a clock signal Q, a capacitor 5 which is connected through an element 4 actuating contrariwise to this element 2 and supplied the change stored to the capacitor 3, an element 6 interlocking with the dlement 2 and discharging the change of the capacitor 5, and a capacitor 8 to which the change stored in the capacitor 3 is supplied. And the voltage across the terminals of this capacitor 8 is taken out as a reference voltage. At this time, the capacitor 8 is charged in accordance with the period of the signal Q and the change becomes constant ultimately with each capacity of capacitors 3, 5, 8 and the change decided by the voltage of the power source 1, thus, the voltage across these terminals can be used as the reference voltage.
